Certi'Ferme : what for ?

In order to supply you with products adapted to your demand, we developed a strong partnership between all the actors of our activity.
This partnership includes the 6 following obligations:

Certi’Ferme’s aims

Certi’Ferme’s approach has 3 main aims :

• to optimise at the maximum the alimentary security by putting in place certifications of reference in our activity. We were the first private branch to get the NF V01-005 certification.
• to be totally transparent and to be able to give the distributors where you bought the poultry or rabbit the full traceability from the animal birth to the product in the store.
• to recreate the link between the breeder and the consumer using the tools of Internet.

How does it work ?

From the batch number, you can watch a video report about the breeder (about 1 min.) who took care of the growth of the poultry. A new way of recreate the link between the consumer and the farmer we can find on the markets !

  

Permanent controls

In our association, in order to make our products safer, each year we do :

• 1500 water analysis
• 5000 salmonella controls
• 13000 technician visits
• 250 controls of independent certification organisms

The breeder himself does controls and a technician intervenes 3 times during the life time of a batch.
Controls on :

• animals health
• vaccination and prophylaxy
• weighings
• litter

Controls are also done by a laboratory and an independent certification organism. The lab does one salmonella test on each batch.

The independent certification organism controls the methods used by all the actors of Certi’Ferme.
